Olivia is a Registered Social Worker in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, with an academic focus on youth wellbeing, community-based practice, and reducing barriers to mental health and substance use services. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work with honours and has developed extensive frontline experience through practicum placements and professional roles within the non-profit sector.
Her professional background includes work with at-risk youth, women, and individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, and housing instability. Olivia has held roles in outreach, case management, and mental health services, including serving as a Network Representative for Jack.org, a national mental health charity. She has also completed a practicum placement with YWCA Moncton and an internship with the New Brunswick Child and Youth Advocate Office, where she gained experience in advocacy, systems-level work, and child and youth rights.
Olivia is deeply committed to destigmatizing mental health and creating supports that meet people where they are. She works in Eastern Canada and is passionate about building responsive, community-driven systems that support mental health, resilience, and belonging.
